Scandia’s Universal Testing Device for Immersion Suits has exclusively been approved by Germanischer Lloyd as being in compliance with SOLAS/MSC81.(70).
The device is suitable for different types and brands of immersion suits; sleeve cones for detachable gloves and special pressing boards for the Viking type with diagonal zip closure are available separately.
The suitcase comes with a Maintenance and Repair Kit containing Super Repair,
to allow re-waterproofing of damage and/or leakage revealed by testing. It is an inevitable aid for a safe and secure repair.
